M&D合同会社（以下「当社」）は、スマートフォン向けアプリケーション（以下「アプリ」）開発・運用を行っています。当アプリの利用者（以下、「ユーザー」といいます。）のプライバシーを尊重し、ユーザーの個人情報の保護を最優先に考え、以下のプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
本プライバシーポリシーは日本語で作成され、英語に翻訳されています。日本語版が正本であり、英語版は参考として作成されています。これら両言語版の間に矛盾抵触がある場合、日本語版が優先します。
M&D LLC (hereafter referred to as “our company”) develops and operates smartphone applications (hereafter referred to as “apps”). お問い合わせの際に当方が取得したユーザーのメールアドレスやお問い合わせ内容等につきましては、お問い合わせに対する返信のため、また本アプリの品質向上のために利用します。
We use the user’s email address and inquiry content, which we collect during the inquiry process, for the purpose of responding to the inquiry and for improving the quality of this app.
2. 情報の共有 / Information Sharing
当社は、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合、または社会通念上、当方が必要と判断し、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合を除きます。
